Hotel a Strada Panoramica del Monte Lemmon

“The room was very spacious and all the furnishings were modern. The room was clean and had decent amount of amenities for the price. The staff were very dedicated to making the hotel clean. You could always see them mopping the lobby or touching up the breakfast bar. The surrounding area is just hotels and the airport, so nothing much. The lot is on the smaller side but there are two entrances for the building so it was OK. ”

“Great room size and comfortable. Love open courtyard concept with fountains. Breakfast layout was little complicated to use when lots people. Very disappointed pool and hot tub not open. It was posted 9-9. We arrived 8 pm and all locked up. ”

“Room needed cleaning upon arrival, bathroom tub was not cleaned. Unless you request the room to be made is done so otherwise they have a every other day cleaning policy, which means nor the red not shower is made or cleaned. Breakfast is very, very basic and not replenished. Having said that, the Coffee is wonderful, also the staff, brought all my issues to the front Desk and they took action to resolve them. ”

“Staff is exceptional. The facility needs a refresh. Room furnishings are dated, but the staff does a great job with cleaning and guest service. I would stay here again, but I sure hope they prioritize updating this location.”

“Its very convenient to the airport but the room had a very loud ac unit.”

“The hotel has aged, the rooms seem to be in a slow update. Little things like no drain plugs, scrapes on walls, mattress, door chipping, need to be updated. Internet in the farthest end of the hotel is weak or does not work. Breakfast is better than expected. Staff is very helpful and takes care of most issues they can.”

“This property is a good stay, the housekeeping & kitchen staff are always so friendly, kind and helpful. The front desk staff can be stand offish but helpful as I needed assistance when my digital key stopped working after only my 1st night's stay (out of 3 nights reserved). They saw I was in a hurry & instead very quickly provided a card key, which worked great for my remaining stay. Also 1 of the side doors got stuck 1 morning which made it a hassle having to walk all the way to the front...

“Eravamo solo di passaggio nel nostro viaggio nel south west, ma qui avremmo voluto davvero fermarci una settimana. Prezzo irrisorio, meno di 50 euro, e comfort di ogni genere. Tre piscine, una coperta anche, campi da tennis e non solo, possibilità di camping, un ristorante e molto altro. E soprattutto reception fenomenale. Un gruppo di persone non giovanissime, ma pronte ad aiutarti in ogni modo e sempre con il sorriso sulle labbra. Se capitate a Tucson, lo raccomandiamo”
